RETURN POLICY

We accept returns if your item arrives at your doorstep as misprinted, damaged, or defective, *and* provided that you notify us within TEN (10) DAYS after the delivery date.

In order to properly process your return:

1) Email us at [email protected]

2) Indicate RETURN in the email subject line.

3) Include in the email a clear photo of the misprint, damage or defect with which your item arrived.

4) Also include in the email a clear, legible photo of the packing slip that arrived with your item.

5) Make sure to include any other info that you think might be relevant for us to know about your requested return!


NO EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges and provide refunds only if your delivered item was received misprinted, damaged or defective, as detailed above.

But we do want you to be happy with your experience with us, so if you have a problem with your order, email us at [email protected] and we'll see if we can find a resolution!
